We have bought a house. A perfect house. Well it will be when we've finished with it. We planned to buy an 'interim house' and work up to the dream home. Then this little treasure emerged. So we have managed to shortcut our way to the dream. Welcome to 'The Snicket'. (No Mr H, not 'The Ginnel').

It's a house! A real grown up house and it's all ours!
…Well, apart from the rather large fraction that belongs to the NAB.
Settlement is next week, first meeting with an architect is tomorrow. OMG.
